Aisling Mugwort Infused Dream Oil

Meaning vision in Irish, Aisling is a relaxing botanical body oil infused with mugwort. This is a herb held sacred in the wise woman tradition which has been long associated with feminine energy and the moon. It is believed to relax the nervous system, nurture peaceful dreams and encourage access to the spirit realm. Lavender and chamomile add further relaxing properties and a gentle and delicate scent.

The Ritual ~ With intention, anoint your temples or apply 10-20 drops to your belly or heartspace before bed or meditation. Aisling also works as a soothing and warming body oil and makes for a lovely ritual when applied to the lower belly and back during menstruation.
